ANNANDALE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT 876 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SCHOOL BOARD JUNE 14, 2021
at 6:30 pm Held virtually and at Annandale Elementary School Bendix Media Center 655 Park Street East, Annandale, MN 55302
1. Jones called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm
2. Board members present were: Gena Jacobson (arrived at 7:32 pm), Katie Jones, Jennifer Mealey, Melissa Muehring-Paulson (attended virtually), Jon Scheer, and Paul Zabinski. Absent: Student Representative Noelle Scheer
3. Mealey moved for the approval of the Agenda Items. Scheer seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
4. Unfinished Business A. The board discussed the District’s facility needs and reviewed the options if they decide to proceed with a bond referendum to meet the facility needs. No action was taken. Member Jacobson arrived at 7:32 during the above discussion.
5. Information Items A. The next monthly meeting will be at AES on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 7:00 pm held virtually and in person at the AES Bendix media center.

A. Member Scheer moved the adoption of the Resolution canvassing returns of votes of the May 11, 2021 School District Special Election. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Zabinski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Muehring-Paulson, Zabinski, Scheer, Mealey, Jacobson, and Jones. And the following voted against the same: None where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
B. Zabinski moved to approve the following Contracts for 2021-22 School year. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ANNANDALE PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Annandale Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 12, 2021, at 5:30 pm or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Hall Council Chambers to consider a request by Alex Evavold to rezone the property located at 321 Harrison Street West to R-5, High Density Residential to allow the constriction of a multi-family structure.
