Santa Ana, Calif.-Irvine Company is once again the number one taxpayer in Orange County with a total secured tax payment of $ 76,378,600 for fiscal 2020-21. Charter Communications is the top unsecured taxpayer for $ 3,692,746.
The top 20 taxpayers account for 4.26% and 8.5% of secured and unsecured property taxes, respectively, for a total of $ 350 million. Orange County is currently receiving 5 cents for each property tax.
